An event packed week in Malta The Three Palaces Concert that commenced last week, is still on going and will remain until the 12th of November. This week there are not many feasts to attend, however, there are ample events worth mentioning.

Zurrieq Half Marathon – 01/11
Happening for the 9th consecutive time, the 10km Marathon will commence on the 11th of November. This is the island’s third largest road race happening annually and this year a record number of participants is expected.

Daily Event – The Saluting Battery
This has been going on since the 19th and 20th century, where the British authorities used to shoot the cannons three times a say as a salute. Nowadays, the canons are shot twice a day, with the first one being a mid-day and the other at 4.00pm. Apart from the beautiful harbour view, you can get a taste of Malta’s history.
